Crispy Pata Ride
120kms each way was in today’s agenda to ride, explore, and feast, and a restaurant called JIJF Lutong Bahay ni Inay (Mom’s home cooked meals) in Candelaria Quezon was the destination.
From what I understand, this spot has been a go-to for some of my fellow riders every time they travel to Manila from the South (Bicol and Quezon) and is frequented because of their famous Cripy Pata, among other dishes that they serve. After partaking in today’s meal, I can definitely see why!
